What is Reiki?
Reiki healing is a form of alternative medicine that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Practitioners can channel energy through their hands to promote healing & balance in the recipient's body, mind, and spirit. The word "Reiki" is composed of two words: "Rei" meaning universal, and "Ki" meaning life force energy.
How does it work & what are the benefits?
During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body, following specific hand positions. The same method is used during a distance session, using Reiki symbols. The practitioner then acts as a channel for the Reiki energy, allowing it to flow into the recipient. The energy flows to the areas where it is most needed, promoting balance and harmony within the recipient's energy system.

What is my Aura?
Your Aura is your energy body that surrounds your physical body. Your aura is not “good” or “bad”. It portrays your current dynamic self, awareness, feelings, emotions, life encounters, habits, & structures.
What is the Shadow?
The Shadow in psychology is the unconscious aspect of the personality. It is not the ego; the ego protects the shadow. The shadow is known as the emotional blind spot, it is the shadow that tells stories, holds limiting beliefs, and traumas, & is the “darker” aspect that is within every being. When we are unconscious of our shadow self, it can be the one directing one’s life.

Shamanism is not a religion & has no dogma. It is a way of life based on ancient wisdom & teachings.
